Flexi Mobilité Rurale currently offers two main services.
The service efficiently connects Caraquet, Shippagan and Tracadie via three main routes with a total of 59 stops.
The central connection point in Pokemouche enables a seamless transition between trips, facilitating travel between communities. The service is currently free of charge, with pricing planned over the coming months.
Launched in 2015, this community transportation service is aimed primarily at citizens who have no means of transport to meet their essential needs, such as medical appointments or shopping. Operating on a reservation basis, it relies on a network of volunteer drivers who provide rides to the four corners of the region. Customers pay $0.50 per kilometer for their trips.
