A single-ride ticket is valid for one one-way trip on the Flexi transit network. If your trip requires a transfer between two buses within the Flexi network, the transfer is included in the ticket price.
Yes. For people who use public transit regularly for work, school, or everyday travel, the monthly pass is the most cost-effective option.
When boarding, passengers must present their proof of purchase or digital pass. The pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. It is personal and non-transferable.
The card is issued as a punch card, depending on your purchase method.
Online purchase: The card will be provided by the driver when you take your first trip.
Cash payment: The card must be picked up at the Flexi office.

The service now includes three main routes:
Caraquet, serving Village-Blanchard and Bas-Caraquet;
Shippagan, serving L’Ile-de-Lamèque ;
Tracadie, serving Saint-Isidore and Losier Settlement.
The central transfer hub in Pokemouche makes it easy to connect between these three routes when travelling between communities.

Yes. If you are purchasing a single-ride ticket, you can book your trip in advance and pay when you board the bus. Payment can be made using a contactless debit or credit card or cash (exact fare only).
Once a reservation has been confirmed, it cannot be modified in the app. However, you may cancel your trip at any time before your scheduled departure.
You can then submit a new reservation request. Please note that new reservations must be made at least one (1) hour before the desired departure time.

Flexi Public Transit operates Monday through Friday, except on certain statutory holidays.
No. You will not receive a notification when the bus arrives. However, you can track your bus in real time using the Blaise Transit app.
We recommend checking the app about five (5) minutes before your scheduled boarding time to confirm the bus’s location. If it has not yet arrived, please wait at your stop, as it should arrive shortly.

We strongly recommend arriving at your bus stop five (5) minutes before your scheduled boarding time.
For example, if your departure is scheduled for 7:49 a.m., please be at the bus stop by 7:44 a.m
The bus should arrive within five (5) minutes of its scheduled time. If a longer delay occurs or the schedule must be changed due to exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather or traffic accidents), passengers will be notified through the Blaise Transit app, the Flexi Public Transit Facebook page, the website, or by contacting the service dispatcher at 506.616.1616.
For operational reasons, passengers may only board or disembark at the stops they selected when making their reservation.
Flexi Public Transit will notify passengers of any service interruptions through the Blaise Transit app, its Facebook page, its website, and the automated phone message at 506.616.1616.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have permission to park your vehicle wherever you choose to leave it. We are not responsible for parking tickets or any inconvenience resulting from failure to comply with parking regulations.
Parking lots at locations with indoor waiting areas are reserved exclusively for customers of those establishments. Parking your vehicle there without authorization is strictly prohibited.
There is no minimum age requirement to use Flexi Public Transportation. However, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult when required.

Flexi Public Transportation does not provide child booster seats. Parents or guardians are responsible for bringing their own booster seat when required.
Passengers may travel with bags and other personal items that they can carry themselves. Please ensure that your belongings do not block the aisle or occupy an additional seat.

A lightweight, compact stroller is permitted on the bus. It must be folded before boarding.
For safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to make stops other than those scheduled in advance by the service. If you are not at your designated pickup location or are not there at the agreed-upon time, the vehicle will not stop.
Please notify the driver immediately. The driver will be able to stop the vehicle and assess the seriousness of the situation. If necessary, they will contact the appropriate emergency services.
Lost items will be brought to the APRSC (Acadian Peninsula Regional Service Commission) head office, located at 220 Boulevard Saint-Pierre Ouest, Door 5, Caraquet, where they may be claimed.
