Flexi Déplacement Péninsule customers must register to use the service. The customer contacts the dispatcher, who gathers the necessary information and then contacts an available volunteer for the trip. The available volunteer goes directly to the customer’s home at the agreed date and time. All reservations must be made at least five (5) working days before the appointment date.   

Customers pay a fixed amount for the distance covered, i.e. $0.50/km from their home to the meeting point (outward/return). The mileage of the requested trip is calculated in advance by the dispatcher, who informs the customer and driver of the amount to be paid
